Solved: Wrong new contract bill?

I've recently upgraded my O2 contract at carphonewarehouse from a Google pixel 2 to a Google pixel 3a - the tariff I got out from there says £31 a month. However I received a letter from O2 today saying my new contract is £36? How is this allowed?

I want the price I was quoted in carphonewarehouse, not any of this hidden pricing..

Often the likes of Carphone warehouse will offer cashback deals and they will quote the equivalent price after cashback.

You should check the t&c's of your offer from them.
