O2 Volt customer.
I ordered a new Sim 11 days ago.
I still haven't got it.
Tracking hasn't moved from the first stage in all that time.
Virtual assistant is virtually useless.
Human assistant is really useless.
Instagram is ignored.
Will I ever get my sim?
