Please can some one help me tried ringing up 02 getting no where and I cant use my 02 app , so how can I pay for my wifi

Hi @Minnie Assuming its a Pay monthly contract with o2, the only way to do this is by calling.

First you need to remove your number. This is an open forum and you could be spammed.

Go into options over the top of your post, click on that and where it says edit post just remove the number.

Sorry @Minnie  you have to keep trying. Use ANY number. Press ANY option (even fraud). If it gets you through to someone they will deal with your query.
