Hello, I am trying to upgrade early but I don't want a new phone, just a sim only option. My basket is not letting me checkout saying I am not eligible despite telling me I am when I click in. Any ideas?

Hi @KatieC If you are eligible to upgrade early and it says it on Myo2 then you should be able to check out, if its not letting you then you may need to call the team to process this over the phone.
Call the team on 0344 809 0202 or 202 from your mobile and hopefully they can sort this for you.

Ok you need to go to Upgrade Options, scroll across to Sim Only. and choose that option
If you don't have that option (and best seen on a PC) then you need to call O2.
