How do I enable WiFi or 4g calling on my iPhone when I go to the website it just take me in circle redirecting me to the the first webpage

Customer service need to enable it on your account first.

You then enable it in your MyO2 and then on your phne in call settings.

Its done by calling o2 Customer Services, if you cant enable it in myo2 (4G and WiFi Calling)

call 202 or 0344 809 0202, when it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone
