Upon delivery of starting a new contract with being with o2 for years, do o2 ask for photo id when phone is getting delivered?

No, all deliveries are currently contactless.

The courier will leave it on your doorstep and stand back, then take a photo when you answer the door as proof of delivery.

Ahh thank you so much, my mum is with them and has never been asked for photo id so I wasn’t sure if it all had changed, thanks
