Why does it take two weeks to deliver a phone that I desperately need?

There was some sort of upgrade of O2 Warehousing tracking systems over the bank holiday weekend last weekend, it seems, @Nwtilley1981 - it has also delayed shipments of the latest Pixel 9 phone range to customers who pre-ordered.  

Sounds like you need to talk to O2's sales department, try Social Media
