As you are PAYG you will need 4445 when you return home....

From your O2 mobile 4445 25p per call

*From a landline 0844 809 02225p / min

**From abroad +44 7860 980 202International rates†

I also believe PAYG accounts don't show upgrade options as you are free to change phones whenever you wish......

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

My O2 automatically picks up the phone you are using. You need to call 202 and find out why you don't have an upgrade option. Further down the page is a completed orders section. When was your last order completed?

Being as I am abroad at the moment I will have to wait til I return to the uk to call 202, and I put credit on a few weeks ago.

What would the 202 number cost me from abroad?

Don't worry, not relevant in light of PAYG info.... See my response above.....

You can upgrade - anytime you like.

Unless people tell us whether they're on Pay Monthly or Pay and Go, there will always be confusing answers.

CPW don't typically charge you the Credit top up fee wanted on a new PAYG handset purchased and can give a bit off the phone when you payg upgrade.

They simply scan the sim card from your phone which sends a code to your phone which they then use.

I believe you must have been an o2 customer for 6 months {I think}

o2 dont charge you the credit top up fee wanted. {in my experience of getting another handset from them anyway}

My apologies for asking you to ring o2 on 202. When you mentioned you were not showing an Upgrade , I automatically assumed you were a Pay Monthly Contract Customer  slight_frown
