ALL I AM TRYING TO DO IS PAY A BILL BUT THE MAKE A PAYMENT SECTION JUST SAYS:

 

"This information is not available at the moment. Please try again later."

 

I CAN'T EVEN VIEW A BILL. IT SHOULDN'T BE THIS DIFFICULT TO GIVE YOU MONEY O2!

There is a known issue with payments which O2 are working on and hope to have fixed overnight.

 

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
OnePlus 6 (O2 & Sfr), Z3 Tablet (Three UK), iPhone 8+ (EE)
