Why don't 02 answer!

This is the third day I have tried to get through to 02 call centre to discuss my account. Waited 45mins plus! Really bad customer service.

I drove 15 miles to get other signal yesterday then rand 202 waited 45 mins in queue and gave up.Live webchat staff useless - they don't have an email system to relay my concern to right dept - Ithink not !!

there is no need to contact O2 as they will be aware of it and will have it fixed as soon as they can, there is nothing else you can be told.
