I need to sign into my account to see the billing information as I am being charged for a service I do not have.
I was with Virgin and wanted to switch over to O2 but the charge was too much and I stayed with Virgin until the automatic switch over to O2. I have phoned O2 to clear this with them but see that I am still being charged.
