If your gonna be a smart **** at least be Clever
The 17% was added to my bill before taking it from £21 to £24 now its £28
That's 38% increase.
As a Certified Network Administration (Amazon AWS) i know how a Cellular network works. I also know i have a Vodafone work phone that gets 4G and 5G at home just fine.

I used to have issues viewing my bill, and this is what I do to log in now @antonyr123
I used Edge, and have it set up to clear cache and cookies on exit.
Enter "accounts.o2.co.uk" - this may generate an error message (403) so then edit the address and remove the accounts. part
Accept cookies.
Enter my o2 details.
Click on the image of a phone in the top left (ish) part.
Then click on the number you want the bill for.
Now click on view and download bill.
This normally works even if it is a bit of a faff!
There is a guide to get to the bill page too.
Guide: How do I get to the 'Download Bill' page?
Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).
