I tried to change Tariff, from 'Pay & Go Go Go' to 'text & Web', but it tells me it will start in 2033??? I'll probably be too old by then to operate my device. Any ideas why I'm getting a date so far in the future. I only require data plus SMS, and won't be making voice calls, so its pointless staying on Pay & go go go.

The website regularly throws up this error. Best bet is to contact customer service on 4445 or try webchat. You should get a text when the tariff becomes active.
