Where is my free Disney plus offer

Hi, I signed up to a new sim only contract which has 6 months of free Disney plus? How do I get it? My o2 shows Disney plus is not free?

If you are eligible it will be added in My O2 under Extras. https://www.o2.co.uk/extras/disney-plus

However some systems are on a go slow so keep rebooting your phone.

Log into MyO2 App, your extras -select Disney+ and follow instructions from there.
