Hey O2 Family

So I had gotten a message from I believe yourselves on Wednesday and it claimed I hadn't paid my bill for March/April however I had paid it last Friday 28th March. My query is that IF the card details were wrong your system should have said and I would've corrected it at the time but it appears the bill has gone through and paid on my side. I am gonna check with Starling Bank too where the payment came from but I am miffed by this 😞

Any help would be great

@McShort Please you have to beware. Did the SMS ask you to click on any link to update your payment details? If it did please don't do anything. Check on my O2 app or login to my O2 I believe you will see if you haven't made any payment yet. It can be scam so beware least you loss everything
