Hi all,
I have read the call forwarding guide on the O2 site pertaining to my phone, but it doesn't explain much.
For example, is it only possible to manually set call forwarding - whereby all calls are diverted whatever, or can call forwarding be set to only call forward when your phone is off or out of reach?
If anybody could explain or direct me to the detail, that would be appreciated.

Thanks for your reply.
You sent me the link to the device specific pages. For the phone you linked to (Alcatel) it gives options for the circumstance for call forwarding such as 'out of reach', but for iphone 7 it is just an on/off call forward option, which leaves me wondering what it does.
I found this :- - I think perhaps they are called 'call diverts' on O2. It is buried in the O2 site and only reached from Google, rather than searching from within the O2 site, so I don't know whether the instructions are current and still supported?

I see them. Great. Thanks.
Do they work reliably?
