I upgraded my boyfriends phone on the 10/02/2021 and it was due for delivery on the 11/02/2021, however when I checked the shipping info provided by DPD it said that it was being returned to o2, but never stated a reason why.
The contracts have been changed over, however we never recieved the phone. I have tried calling, and using the chat function but have got nowhere with them.
Has anyone else had this issue? If so, how did you resolve it?
