My final device and airtime bill on my o2 refresh plan is due to be paid on 5/12 and I’m moving networks. My allowances normally refresh on the 22nd of each month
what’s the best date to request the pac code So I can roughly pay my bill on the same day for my new network?
thanks, any help would be appreciated.

You will pay O2 more if you go past 5/12.
They will bill you for the extra days connected to the network.
Actually I've just read your first post again and you need to send the porting request to your new network on 21/11 and leave your direct debit in place for the final bill to be taken by O2 on 5/12.

Your PAC is valid for 30 days so get it around 20 days before 5/12 and submit it to your new network on 4/12.

Thank you! So any extra charges won’t occur if I do it that way?

Assuming the new provider processes your PAC straightaway you won't have to pay any extra.
