Solved: When do I pay my bill?

I’m so confused. Is my payment going to come out today on the tenth, or on the 25th. Can someone help me?

Payment will be taken on the 10th.

Your next bill will be generated on 15th and will be due for payment 14 days after that.

That does look confusing. I checked my information and it doesn't look like that.

Mine is on a direct debit.

If that happened to me I would call customer services.
