Hi, I recently upgraded my phone to the new iPhone and which is 5G the phone came with a sim and i have put it in my new phone my new tariff has started but it still hasn’t activated on my nee phone and I haven’t gotten any text messages to confirm that this ohone will have the same number, the sim didn’t have a number on it can anyone help lol

As you have a new 5G sim you need to do a sim swap from your old sim

Put your old sim in your new phone and then text SWAP to 20220

Once your old sim loses network signal, put the new sim in the new phone and reboot

You may need to reboot a few times until the new sim connects
