Hello
Getting useless info from both O2 & VM on this point. Hoping to get sense and reality here
I am the registered bill payer for both VM bb at our home & an O2 pm account - I have Volt activated on my O2 account
My wife has O2 account at same address as above VM account
Can my wife get Volt on her O2 account? If so - how?

Think that I've solved the issue
Reading the Volt MegaGuide it looks as if matching of just address between O2 & VM bills (rather than both name & address) what is refered to as "premise matching"became an option today - 12 April 2022. Pure coincidence that I was researching option the same day that it goes live
Wife has applied for Volt benefits via O2 app which says that they should be live within a week - let's hope that they arrive
Spent over an hour with O2 chat today - all I got was confused, conflicting information. One post on this Community and issue resolved!
