This is not o2 customer services, You obviously didn't read the T&C's when you signed up which explicity state the contract continues until you contact o2 and cancel the contract .

Cancelling the direct debit will only cause o2 to chase you for payment until you cancel the contract, and they will come after you for any outstsanding payments, and this will affect your UK credit file for the next 6 years.

To cancel your contract you need to contact o2 and full details are in this guide Guide: Cancelling Your Contract

It is your responsibility to contact o2 on 0344 809 0202 (+44 344 809 0202) you can use SKype to call 0800 902 0217 Guide: A Guide to Skype

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK
