I switched plans yesterday and now I am unable to get Visual Voicemail on my phone - I need to speak to O2 to get them to check if they have added the “Bolt On” iData is activated to my new tariff.
But I have been on hold for over an hour and live chat is offline.
Does anyone have any tips on how you get in touch with anyone at customer service please.

You are on the wrong data bolt on or the wrong APN. Call customer service and ask for idata bolt on

Thank you for coming back to me so quickly - I have tried the 'Turning on VM
Dial 1750 and press send' and restarting phone and broadband and airplane mode, but unfortunatley this did not fix the problem.
O2 customer support still not answering their phones and ichat is still offline
