Visual Voicemail iPhone 5s?

Just joined o2, everything works fine, 3G/4G etc, but cannot get Visual Voicemail to work, apn/vv settings look correct (see below) any ideas? Thanks.

If you are having to use mobile.o2.co.uk to access mobile data it means you haven't got iData enabled on your tariif.
You need to call CS on 202 and ask them to switch you onto iData then change your top apn to idata.o2.co.uk too.
The change will takes place after midnight on the day you request it and will show as pending in your My O2 until that point.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

@MI5 Thanks, just changed to mobile data apn to idata.o2.co.uk, rebooted and data is working fine, still no VV, do I still need to contact o2?

Yes, if your My O2 doesn't state "data for iPhone" or similar.
Just one more thing to check, to set up VVM you need to be on mobile data, so try it with WiFi off first.

@MI5 called o2, they added iPhone apn etc, just have to wait until after midnight, Many Thanks.
