Bought an extra 3GB for my allowance

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have 5GB of internet per month but just upgraded to have an additional 3GB per month. I was just wondering will the extra 3GB be added to my data starting from today or my next bill date?

You will get a pro-rata allowance from today until your bill date and the full 3GB will take effect from your next bill date

We are all customers here like yourself but it would normally change from your next billing date. You can check in My O2 what data you have.
