Hi
Can anyone advise me on how I can access my Virgin Mobile credit agreement details? I lost my credit agreement number during the changeover and now cannot find out why I am still paying for my phone. I can access my 02 account fine, but cannot see any information relating to my phone contract with Virgin media.
Is there any way to talk to an actual human here on 02?

If it is the credit agreement for your handset that is still with Virgin and you will need to contact them

You need to speak to Virgin, as they are still managing the Device Plans, call them on 0345 454 1111 and they can assist
Nothing o2 can do to assist you with the device plan, so no point even asking them..
