Hi
Would you be able to tell me why Virgin Media are still taking contract payments of £19 p/m when my minimum contract term has expired?
Do I need to call them and cancel/block the payments?
Cheers

You need to speak to Virgin Media if they are taking payments on 0345 454 1111
If it is o2, did you cancel your contract? as like all mobile phone contracts it doesn't just end, you have to cancel (this has been the case for at least 25 years), so follow this guide Guide: Cancelling Your Contract
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company

It's my fault, I cancelled the credit agreement direct debit which isn't linked to my o2 contract and Virgin Media still own. I've tried getting through to Virgin Media but their phone lines/customer service lead me nowhere, or back to o2. I've had to go back to the bank to reinstate the direct debit, but there's no guarantee it will work.
