Call charges are here http://international.o2.co.uk/internationaltariffs/calling_abroad_from_uk
Currently there are no cheap calling packages for international calls on offer from o2 but there is something supposedly launching this year.
Try “Dial 123” for cheaper rates now.

Download the Dial 123 app.
There is a beta trial for international calling. You could call customer service and ask to be put on that.

@Robertww There are many alternatives to calling internationally without having to use O2. The app suggested by @MI5, @jonsie and @Cleoriff is one. You can also buy credit on Skype or another VOIP, or if you are calling your people in Poland on their mobiles there's also Whatsapp, which would cost you absolutely nothing to make a voice or video call or send a text. They just need to have Whatsapp as well. Free to download. Free to use.
