Okay @AbbieB_95. I just thought as you had had problems before that Apple would be the best place to get it sorted. Let us know if any of the suggestions offered help, as it's always good to know, should someone else have the same issue.

@AbbieB_95 If it happens everywhere with a new sim and a new phone there is definitely something else wrong either suggesting an account based issue

I've also had ****** connection for months now! I phoned up O2 and they told me a mast is down between where I live and work which is miles and they still haven't fixed it! Been nearly 2 months since the call and about 4 months of **** connection!! Just sort it out O2 and stop being useless ! I'm paying for this service and it's going to waste!
