VERY high bill! Pay in segments?

Anonymous

Hello!

I spent a short time in USA this month and have been charged for using my mobile at that time. The bill is more than I can afford in one month and was hoping I could pay this over two months? Is that possible? Has anyone done that before?

You will have to contact cs on 202

They may do a payment plan but I highly suspect they will want the payment in full or they will restrict your service until the full amount is paid

They have been known to split a bill. Give them a call and ask.

Hi @Anonymous

You can only ask. You need to do this quickly though as the last thing you need is for your phone to be disconnected......:smileywink:

Call immediately if your bill is imminent.
The more time you have to allow the computers to catch up, the better.

Yes God forbid you get a reconnection fee on top of everything else.
