I have requested VAT bills from the time when 02 stopped including it in the invoice. I have made several phone calls and have been informed that these bills will be available on my account however they are not. Anyone else had same problem?

It's a common complaint.
Persevere with customer services or try on social media.

Thanks for your help. I've emailed complaints dept and received an acknowledgement straight away. They said they would have a solution within the next 28 days. Fingers crossed this happens.
