Upgrading your pay monthly sim

I was wondering if anyone's contract has decreased after they've paid for the full 24 months and not upgraded?

A standard contract won’t reduce automatically but you can upgrade to a cheaper sim only tariff and keep your phone.

Yes @Anonymous if you are on a Refresh contract then once you have paid off your device you will only be paying the airtime part of your contract and your monthly payments will reduce accordingly.

Information on how Refresh works here

If you are happy with your phone then sim only makes it definitely the most sensible option now and that way you can upgrade whenever you need a new handset or simply leave if you are on a 30 day sim contact by giving 30 days notice.
