Just spoke to accounts and upgrades and seems this new tariff is not actually a tariff its basicaly the usual tariffs with a 5 pounds discount applyed every month,
Meaning anyone with a discount already on their account cannot take this offer up despite it not saying this on the site.
Ive got the £32 4G tariff (27 airtime + £5 for 8 gig data) i asked to move across to the 27 quid one that includes the data but because i have a staff discount on my account it cant be done.... bit rubbish id say.. terms and conditions ont he site should say this

I finally got the discount after going on the interactive chat instead of calling them. I gave the guy links to the reduction to £17 and he checked with his manager and then offered to discount it to the £17. Which was the final result i wanted from them.
then he also sent me a new 4g nano sim card, though my phone then lost its 3G signal and now it says i have got 4G even though the new nano sim is in the Mail. Do i still need to switch my SIMs now. I have a iphone 5S which already has a new style nano SIM and is a LTE phone.

If 4g is displayed your sim is 4g but if you look on the back of the nano sim it should say 4gpp2 that is a 4g nano sim

If 4g is showing on the iphone display job done do a speedtest to prove to yourself and see the speeds either the o2 mynetwork app or any other speedtest app (but can use up to 50mb of data)
