I know the easiset way for me to upgrade is to ring o2 but just wondering if I can do this through the website too? (perhaps some better offers by upgrading through the website?)  Thanks.

Don't you have a few accounts MI5 - I assume they wanted to keep you sweet as not to move any of your others away from O2 - maybe.

4 accounts but 2 of them are the kids so not high spend at all....
They know they are in trouble if they go over their minutes wink
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Neither here nor there, retentions is still the best place to contact for deals.
However, I do agree it may not fall into the same deal category as someone with a few accounts.

Try live chat to upgrade to a sim only deals because you might get a Loyalty discount.

Live chat don't give loyalty discounts.
They may lie and word a promotion as if it's a loyalty thing but there won't be anything on live chat near speaking to the retentions team (who authorise credits and discounts to retain you)

Will do - ringing them on Friday. Not after anything much e.g. 300mins 500MB no more than a tenner.
