I have just upgraded my phone as an existing o2 customer. I am assuming that my old mobile number will just carry through onto the new phone and contract. Is that correct?

@Andrew60 If your new phone is 5G capable, and you're in a 5G area, the only thing you won't be able to do is avail yourself of the service unless you do a sim swap with the new sim that will probably be included with your new phone. If your area hasn't been upgraded to 5G yet, just carry on using your old sim, if it's the same size needed for your new phone.
