Hi all does anyone know how I can pay off what I owe on my contract , so I can buy another phone, been waiting for a call from the payment dept for a week now and they still haven't phoned back, any help appreciated thanks

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you

If you are staying with O2 just go through an upgrade in your MyO2 and what you owe will be added when you checkout.

Payment will be taken before the upgrade process completes.

Tried that pal it keeps telling me to ring 202 and speak to a rep, which is an absolute waste of time

Sorry about that mate. No idea what's going on with O2 lately. It's not the network it used to be for sure.

You might want to consider other networks and get out whilst you can If so, just use your PAC to keep your number which will then definitely generate your final bill
