Hello I’m just looking for a bit of help with my bill. So I already had a sim and then 6 months later I upgraded to a phone. This month it has been a month since I got the phone and it’s time to pay my airtime bill but my airtime bill is a lot more than usual when I say more I mean like nearly 3 times more and I’m a bit confused why it’s more. I’ve made a payment and chose the balance option thinking my device amount was included but when I checked my device plan it says it’s still due TIA

When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
Best time to call is 8 am.
