I'm wanting to upgrade a couple of months early due to damage to my current phone. To get the phone and package I would like is currently priced at £77/month, yet as a new customer a similar (if not slightly better) deal is offered at £54/month with £150 cashback!!

Would there be any way of getting the same deal as a newbie?

@Emily0908 This is a customer community, so there isn't anything anyone here can offer you. Only way is for you to call customer service and ask. 202 from your mobile, or 0800 032 1402.

When it comes to the reason you're calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Best time to call is 8 am.

@Emily0908

As you will have to pay off what you owe on the old contract anyway, you may as well just take the new customer route and then just call O2 to migrate your number to the new contract

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
