Hi, I'm looking for some guidance. I currently want to pay my phone off and upgrade to an IPhone but I would like to keep my current tariff. Am I able to do this?
Thanks in advance ☺

@Adele2

You have to take a new tariff with an upgrade.

The only way you could keep your tariff is if you bought the new phone outright.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Thank you. Do you know if I would have to pay the tariff off too? Or would it just cancel to start the new one?

Hi @Adele2

When you upgrade it automatically changes the tariff to the new tariff, so you don't need to do anything else.

Your old tariff is cancelled for free when you upgrade.
