Hi I have just upgraded using o2 refresh I’m confused about it all really. Do I pay both phone bills, what do I pay? I don’t know

You pay separate payments for the device and airtime. (two in total)

You only pay the new contract which is split into two parts

The total you pay is the agreed tariff plus a slight adjustment on your first bill

Your old contract s cancelled automatically so just the new contract to pay
