What tariff are you on? Is it Refresh or sim only?

Have you recently upgraded to a new sim only tariff?

Either way you need to contact O2 on any of the numbers in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

0800 587 4005 is the best one to call.

That's why your upgrade date has moved. You need to wait that amount of time until you are able to upgrade again.

Try calling O2 and they will probably allow you to upgrade to a handset anyway Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

The number ending in 4005 is the best one.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
