Hi,

 

I have received a text today advising that I am now due to upgrade. But what I want to do is keep my current phone and move to a SIM only deal; how do I go about doing that? I've gone round and round in circles on the website, so I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction please.

Just choose the upgrade option and there are two tabs. Choose sim deals. Maybe easier on a PC.
