I have just moved all my things over to my new phone that i got today, and I have paid my bill in full but can't seem to make out going calls is this a problem as i need a new sim card or could it be something to do with being cut off for a late bill payment? If you could please get back to me ASAP as i cant call o2 to fix the problem as i have said I cant make outgoing calls. Thanks

You should be able to use your old sim if it's working but we wouldn't know about the status of your account.

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this or you can download Skype to call for free Guide: A Guide to Skype
