I have just moved all my things over to my new phone that i got today, and I have paid my bill in full but can't seem to make out going calls is this a problem as i need a new sim card or could it be something to do with being cut off for a late bill payment? If you could please get back to me ASAP as i cant call o2 to fix the problem as i have said I cant make outgoing calls. Thanks

You should be able to use your old sim if it's working but we wouldn't know about the status of your account.
