I applied for an additional line yesterday, received the order confirmation and everything via email, and received a text message from a company called MPD saying "Order Update: Pending - Connection: Your order has been picked and passed to DPD for delivery. Please review the email we've sent you."
Although I haven't received any emails, does this mean I've got it? (There was a parcel reference number but I've removed it for privacy protection)

@O2Sophie

We know it's MPD but don't understand why as it was ordered on O2 website?

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

So are MPD now part of O2?

Online phone vendor Mobile Phones Direct has teamed up with O2 in order to offer greater choice for customers. ... O2 joins a coterie of suppliers who have teamed up to offer mobile phone deals with Mobile Phones Direct – the company now offers monthly contracts for all four mobile operators.

Interesting, but of course you could always choose MPD directly but not through O2 previously.
