Upgrade time changed from 3 to 6 months.

Hi all. 
I have a sim only plan and when I've checked I could get an upgrade at 5th October. Now I'm checking and I can upgrade at 5th January. Why is that?

Your upgrade date should be visible in your MyO2, @iMoCs - Guide: Upgrading Your O2 Phone 

If the date keeps changing, a call to O2 is necessary, all numbers here: Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 

Call around 08:15am UK time to stand a chance of avoiding lengthy waits on the queue or disconnects before getting onto the queue.
