Basically signed up for Refresh last year as the offer of being able to have the iPhone 6s Plus 30gb data and insurance all included plus a FREE upgrade after 12 months was awesome.
Decided it was worth paying more than I needed to in order to guarantee the latest handset in 12 months for free.
HOWEVER
Visited the store as advised by My O2 to get this FREE upgrade yesterday only to be told that I would have to pay the upfront cost on any new phone.
Now I dont know about you all but being told that my next upgrade is on us only to be told I have to pay money is misleading and surely constitutes misselling.
Stil waiting on my call back from customer support from yesterday too (was told would be called back in 1 - 1.5 hours.

@jonsie Agreed like I did and got my deal better than expected as got £15 extra off upgrade fee that was not expected as per t&c above
