Dear Sirs.
I recently upgraded my phone. At the time of doing so the indication on the O2 website was that the phone was on stock and available immediately. It was o my on completing my order that I received an email informing me of their stock issues. It is now 7 days later and I am yet to receive am update on the expected delivery time of the new phone. Meanwhile my present phone is barely functional and requires charging at least twice a day. I am genuinely frustrated at the misleading information during upgrade.

You need to call customer service.
Call 202 from your mobile or 0344 809 0202
If you have no access to a phone then use Skype to call 0800 032 1402

Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.
Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.
8am is the best time to call

I too am having the same problem and it is very frustrating, more so with the lack of information.
I was just wondering if you managed to get a response or any information from them?
