Upgrade isnt in my O2 basket

I spoke to somebody today from O2 and chose a new upgrade package. She told me to go onto my emails and follow the link to finalise everything, which I did.
Unfortunately it said my basket was empty.
I logged on via the internet and my O2 app, but still nothing.
She did state that I had 72 hours to accept my upgrade, so I know I didnt leave it to long to become invalid.
Any help or suggestions?

We have no access to your account on here, so to make sure you don't order twice I would suggest you call O2 again. All numbers are in this guide, the one ending 4005 seems to get an advisor more quickly
