Hello. I have just upgraded my phone and want to recycle my old one.

Once I try to start, I get a message telling me "You already have a trade in you basket" then it won't let me go any further.

 

Does anyone have any idea how I get round this?

Have you tried logging out? Or is there an option to empty basket somewhere?

I have tried logging out and back in but get the same message.

There is no basket that I can see, so theres no way to empty it.

MI5, thanks.

I did all that before and put in the EMEI number and that is when I got the details about how much the phone would be worth.

When I hit 'recycle now' I am asked if I want to replace the phone in my basket.

But it won't let me move on because there is nothing in the basket.

Maybe I will just bin the old phone.
