I've just upgraded on thurs 28/10 to be told by the advisor that it would be a week delivery which was fine. I've just tracked my order and now its out of stock. I went on the live chat to ask about when the phone will be back in stock to be told they don't know and they've given me £10 goodwill gesture for a £1000 phone I've just ordered. I was under the assumption I'd only be waiting a week, now on their website it says 2 week wait. What should I do?
